In continuation to promote research activities and create awareness among the students, GMCH has an active staff research centre. GMCH has all Ultra Modern & High tech equipments in all the Departments containing all world class Diagnostic & Clinical equipments. The research Centre discusses current health research problems at regular intervals.

GMCH imparts UG courses as MBBS & PG courses in different disciplines as master degree courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Bio chemistry, Microbiology, Bio Technology & Pharmacology. GMCH is an 800 Bedded tertiary care Multi Super Specialty Hospital. It is teaching hospital and also provides world class medical facility with 21 Critical Care Units equipped with complete life support systems & expert medical and paramedical team.

Hospital also believes in preventive health care so we provide several types of Health check-ups in addition to various customized medical services. We realize the importance of meeting our community's expectations. We enhance patient care services with focus on customer satisfaction.

I would like to welcome the fresh batch of MBBS Students to Geetnajali Medical College affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and recognized by Medical Council of India.

Getting into the MBBS Program is the most difficult phase for those intending to take up medicine as a profession. The level of difficulty increases for every new batch, mainly for the reason of having to face more competitors. But much hardship lies ahead while pursuing medical study. This is indeed the reality.

The journey in reaching the society as a good medical practitioner begins for the first batch of MBBS students at GMC in July/August each calendar year. Geetanjali Medical College at Udaipur has been established to meet the ever growing demand for medical professionals who are equipped with the best of knowledge and techniques. In order to achieve the goal faculty members of very sound background in different branches of medicine have been brought from all over the country for teaching research and technical know‐how. It is the earnest endeavour of GMC to galvanise the entire Health services sector through this pioneer institution.

The Medical College has been equipped with the latest scientific equipments, teaching aids and most modern Research and Diagnostic facilities. There are hostels for both boys and girls and residential accommodation for faculty and other staff. We have prepared a student centered curriculum which intends to explore in depth the potentially of each student for developing their knowledge skill and attitude for preparing them as appropriate Community Oriented Physicians for the 21st Century. I am sure our graduates shall ride the wave of success as medicos for serving mankind within the country and abroad.

The 24 hour available trauma unit is equipped with qualified Doctors and Paramedics are always on their toes to attend such cases caused by accidents or disasters. All the diagnostic evaluations and investigations are available round the clock with ultra modern diagnostic equipments along with a very well equipped Blood Bank.
