Quality Assurance and Quality Control

  • The members of the department constantly verify and update all the records on a daily basis. In case any deficiencies are identified, immediate corrective measures are taken.
  • The rules and regulations from time to time have to be communicated to the employees.
  • The HR Department should ensure that all the employees comply with the rules and regulations of the Institute.
  • The HR Department plays a mediatory role between the management and the employee and maintains the standards of the Institute.
  • Letters given to employees should incorporate all the clauses and relevant information applicable to them.
